In 2006, he founded MUTARA Audit AG.
This was followed in 2012 by MUTARA Treuhand AG in Baar – now the heart of the group.
What began as a vision is now an established group of companies with locations in Baar, Zurich, Lugano and Liechtenstein.

Swiss Certified Tax Expert, Swiss Certified Trustee Expert and licensed auditor expert in accordance with the Auditor Oversight Act (AOA).
Séverin Knüsel has in-depth expertise in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
Thanks to his many years of experience at various auditing and tax consulting firms, he has extensive experience in tax advisory, business consulting, and accounting.

Christoph Hasler holds a master’s degree in Banking Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and an LL.M. in International Corporate Commercial Law from King’s College London.
He has in-depth knowledge of the fiduciary sector. After working for Liechtenstein trust companies for many years, he has extensive experience in Liechtenstein corporate law, business consulting, taxes and accounting.

Claudia Frei

Claudia Frei holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). She has in-depth knowledge in the fields of accounting, finance, auditing, consultancy and taxation. Thanks to her many years’ experience working for various audit and fiduciary firms, as well as in the finance departments (CFO, controlling, bookkeeping and project management) of companies in the banking, insurance and construction sectors, she has extensive experience in auditing, tax consultancy, management consultancy, bookkeeping and controlling. She is also a member of the Executive Board of ExpertSuisse’s Zurich section and Chair of the Quality Assurance Commission for Fiduciary Experts.

Andreas Gilgen has been working in accounting and consulting since 1988.
He has previously worked for several national and international fiduciary and auditing firms, where he was responsible for trust companies and complex structures.
