What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

We have taken the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. Our employees are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal data within the scope of their employment contract or the contractual relationship.

Use of your personal data

During the application process, in addition to title, surname, first name and date of birth, the usual correspondence data such as address, e-mail address and telephone and mobile numbers are stored in the applicant database. In addition, application documents such as letters of motivation, curriculum vitae, professional, educational and further training qualifications as well as job references are recorded.

This data is stored, evaluated, processed or forwarded internally exclusively in connection with your application. Your data is linked to the advertised position and will only be processed within the organizational unit entrusted with the selection. They are only accessible to the persons responsible for the job assignment and personnel selection. Your data will not be passed on to companies or persons outside or used for other purposes. The data may be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). In doing so, it is not possible to draw any conclusions about your person.

Storage and deletion of data

When you apply for a job, your personal data, or extracts thereof, will be added to your personnel file.

In the event of a negative response to your application, the data will be anonymized no later than 6 months after completion of the application process and deleted completely after 12 months. There will be no notification of anonymization or deletion of the data.

If you wish your data to be anonymized and deleted before the expiry of the aforementioned period, you can contact the employees responsible for filling positions at any time.
